We try to make all the above conditions clear to everyone and as useful as possible for each client. We strive to shape and improve the efficiency of services, the breadth of the range, the possibility of cooperation in the shortest possible time.
Ordering a purpose-built product
If you have decided to order a textile product for your interior from us, which is purposely made and adapted to your home, you can do so in two ways.
1. way is to call us directly and talk about options as well as to schedule your arrival at the studio.
2. way is to look at our service on the site TEXTILE DECORATION TAILORED TO YOUR INTERIOR find out about the options and steps on the page and register with your data on the “application form” that you are interested in the service. In that case, we invite you and continue to arrange a visit.
After we have agreed and defined the production of the product (all steps are in the description of the service on the site), the customer signs the purchase order (writes everything agreed) which confirms that he has agreed to all agreed items. When submitting an advance of 70% of the total price, it is considered that a contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller has arisen. The buyer is obliged to pay the remaining 30% of the total price of the product in full two days before the agreed delivery date, or on the day of delivery if the seller agrees.
The price for this type of product is quite diverse. It depends on the chosen material, manufacturing techniques, format, product quantity, working hours, etc. Before concluding the purchase order, the price is defined.
Purchase available products from the store
If you want to buy-order an available product from our store on the site, fill in the required information in the online shop and the product will be sent. Only those products that are available have the option to add to cart. Each product is made in one copy as a unique and there is no option to duplicate.
The merchant reserves the right to change current prices at any time. At the time the product is purchased and data is left, the price of that product remains unchanged. For now, only cash on delivery is possible in our online store. When the product arrives at your home address, pay it to the courier service. If the customer wants, he can pay and send a referral in the post office before the delivery of the product. We are working to improve the method and expand payment options.
Delivery
1. If you live in the city of Belgrade, delivery to the address is completely free. When buying products from our online store, delivery is made within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery time or day can be customized to your liking. We deliver in person or by courier services.
2. If you live in any city on the territory of Serbia, and not Belgrade, delivery is paid by the buyer at the prices of the courier service tariff. In order to get a discount on free delivery, the condition is the minimum amount of the total price of the product, which is 30,000 RSD. This condition applies to the entire territory of Serbia (except Belgrade). Delivery is also made within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery time depends on which part of Serbia you are from and the courier service. Delivery day can be customized to your liking.
3. Delivery of purpose-made products is done within the deadline agreed at the beginning of the cooperation. If the installation-assembly of the product is required, we deliver it in person. If there is no need for installation, the product can be sent by courier by agreement.
Guarantee of quality
In our studio, each material is tested before use: washed, exposed to higher temperatures – iron, checks the color fastness, which guarantees the quality of the final product. This is a very important process for quality, because it means that every product will last a long time. All product characteristics as well as the method of maintenance are indicated on the declaration. Since everything is handmade in our country, each piece is completely under control and the product is always flawless.
It is necessary to maintain the product as indicated, because otherwise the item will not be able to be advertised. In case you have any physical damage that can happen in daytime use, you can always call us to see how we can improve the situation and help you. One of the key things is our desire for you to use and enjoy our product for as long as possible.
Complaint
Each product can be viewed live in our studio before purchase, so there is no possibility of returning-reclaiming the product if you do not like it aesthetically. We tried to make the photos professional, but there are always small deviations in the color shade. It also depends on which device you are viewing photos from and how the screens are set up.
Products that are ordered to be purpose-built also go through common stages of negotiation and are made when the client approves the solution, so such a product is not subject to complaints about aesthetics.
Each product is handmade and high-quality, so that it has gone through maximum quality control, and there is a guarantee for that. Taking into account such facts, the product is always sent in the maximum correct condition.
In case the product arrives by courier service, all our packages are well packed, protected and sent in good condition. If the product arrives in this way and you happen to receive an extremely damaged package where the product itself is damaged, you need to photograph it from all sides as soon as you receive the package and before opening. You need to call us within one working day and send photos of the damaged package and product by e-mail so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible. If you do not follow the rules, we will not be able to make and accept your complaint without proof of receipt of the defective package.
Each product is always accompanied by a detailed description of the declaration with all the features, characteristics and methods of maintenance. It is necessary to maintain the product as indicated, because otherwise the item will not be able to be advertised.
In case of any physical damage that can happen by accident in everyday use, you can always call us to see how we can improve the situation and help you. We want you to use and enjoy our product for as long as possible.
Withdrawal from purchase
1. If you bought and ordered the product online in our store and decided to cancel the purchase, you can do so completely free of charge if the product has not already been sent to your address. If the product is sent to you, the postage costs are borne by the buyer.
2. If the buyer-natural person has executed the order by distance purchase and the product has arrived at his address and paid for it, he may also cancel further purchase-retention of the product. No later than 7 days from the day of receipt of the goods, it is necessary to send an e-mail form, a statement that you want to give up the product. You need to return the goods in person in the same condition as you received them. GOODS-PACKAGE MUST NOT BE OPEN. The money will be fully returned to the buyer in the full amount of the product, but the amount of transport-delivery will be borne by the buyer.
3. In case the product just wants to be replaced by another it is possible to do so. It is important that the product is not opened, and the difference in the amount of goods will be either paid extra or refunded, depending on whether the amount is lower or higher.
4. Withdrawal from the purchase of products due to aesthetic reasons of the item is not possible, because each product can be seen live before purchase in the studio and it is certainly not possible to open the received package and cancel the product.
5. Withdrawal from the purchase of the ordered product, which is made on purpose, is not possible if the production of the product has started. In that case, a partial withdrawal is possible, which means that the given deposit will be retained. In case the product is given up, and the official production has not started yet, it is possible with the return of the complete amount of the advance. In such a situation, the costs of the designer’s time spent on creating the conceptual solution and the time spent in other work with the customer will be charged.
