The design proposal is presented in the form of: sketch, photo, fabric samples, moodboard and in cooperation with the client chooses the final solution. The design for this type of product is original and authorial. The solution and the idea are completely adapted to your space. GETTING TO KNOW
Each project begins with a detailed introduction. Knowledge of the client’s style, routine, aspirations is of vital importance for creating the ideal product. I want to make every space the most authentic expression of the one who lives in it.
INSPIRATION
After getting to know the existing state of the space, we enter the phase of searching for the ideal textures, colors, styles for the product that most closely present the client. I present to you the selected samples and the first sketches where we make the selection and choose the direction.
DESIGN
The next step is to create a conceptual solution – the design of the contracted product. All parts are elaborated and the final selection is defined. At this stage, I am also cooperating with you to make sure that every detail is ideal. We confirm the solution with your confirmation.
DEVELOPMENT - PROCUREMENT
We are entering into technical elaboration and defining the required amount of raw materials. I approach: procurement, ordering, testing of materials and preparation for product production. We procure some materials in Serbia and we are waiting for some from abroad, it all depends on your choice.
PRODUCT MANUFACTURE
Each product is handmade and great attention is paid to every detail. Expertise, precision and knowledge of a large number of techniques contribute to the realization of the design as original as possible and sign the quality of the final piece.
PROJECT SUBMISSION
The finished product is finally brought to the location and placed in the agreed places. The finished project usually exceeds the expectations of the clients. It is my pleasure to enrich your space with my design and make users happier.
guarantee of quality
Handmade and the use of natural materials are priorities. Each material is tested before use: it is washed, exposed to higher temperatures – iron, checks the color fastness, which guarantees the quality of the final product. This is a very important process for quality, because it means that every product will last a long time. All product features as well as maintenance will be indicated on the declaration.
fabrication techniques
The techniques I use in making the product, in addition to quality sewing and precise tailoring, are: patchwork, hend folk embroidery, free motion artistic embroidery on the machine, weaving, printing and others. The number of techniques does not determine the quality of the product, but the value yes. The type of technique is chosen depending on where the product stands, what it is used for and what effects are needed for the end result.
deadline
The deadline is different and depends on several factors. The time of production usually depends on: the choice of material and the time of availability of the selected fabric, the types of techniques used in production, the quantity of products, the complexity of production, etc. You can get a more precise answer to this question after we define what kind of product you need. The production time of one handmade piece is much longer compared to industrial and serial production. The production deadline can sometimes depend on the already occupied deadlines, so in agreement with you we define the details and dates.
product price
The price of such textile products can be different and depends on: the type of material from which the items are made, the amount of material used, the types of techniques used for production, production time (total hours), product quantity, complexity of production, your budget, etc. After getting to know and defining the product, you get an offer. After your consent to the design, conditions and advance payment, we start working. Payment is in advance, 70% of the total amount, and the rest follows directly when handing over or assembling the product.
User impressions
The cooperation with Milica was great! I took a few pillows and stools for the filming and set design purposes. Each of these textile products still looks new even though they have gone through quite a few shootings. The quality is excellent, the packaging and delivery are impeccable.

For ten years of a company in which I used to be a co-owner, it was important for me to give away something that would tell a story. Milica’s pillows do just that. I currently live with my family in a city apartment, but without a balcony 🙁 My wife and I would love to have a backyard and we slowly work towards obtaining one. We wanted to change the current state of the home, but as construction work in the apartment is impossible, we had to change the decor concept and the whole style of interior. We did not want to risk experimenting, so we turned to the right person for these things. Milica was able to completely refresh our home. Honestly, at first, we did not believe that our home could look like this. I now think that the wait for our perfect little backyard will be much easier.
While searching for the perfect gift in Belgrade, I realized that the choice of decorative items with traditional motives for modern interiors is not great. Since the gift was intended for friends who live in New York, I wanted to bring them something that will remind them of their origin, but that is also modern and stylish. Milica’s pillows were the best choice. The colors and patterns perfectly decorate the living room of a New Yorker 🙂 Even though the pillows have been used for a couple of years, I can freely say that the quality remained impeccable. Milica’s textiles can certainly be a good gift for friends and family.
When we were buying an apartment and changing the whole ambiance, we came to a big dilemma about how to arrange a new space. We own one “problematic” Milica’s Textile pillow. A gray pillow with red details has been in our possession for years. There was a fight around him (parents vs. children) and the question of whether he would be in the living room or the children’s room. The children and their trump cards won. He was washed a million times, but he still proudly flaunted himself on their beds. We changed the living space, but the pillow immediately adapted to the new environment. The time has come for the older son to become independent, and it is clear what type of “item” he wanted to bring. If I had known and taken two pieces right away (but there weren’t any), life would have been much simpler 😉
We are a family that adores nature and natural materials. We always try to find and use such products. The blankets and pillows we bought from Milica work as a charm for us during our rest time. I have been using blankets made by Milica for a couple of years now. It is a woolen and very comfortable blanket, perfectly designed for a man’s room as well. We used to fight for it, during the time when only the younger sister had her personalized baby blanket. It is much easier and more comfortable now; I can enjoy it whenever I want. What I like the most is that it is well designed and fits perfectly into my space.
