1. What products do you design - do you make and what can be ordered from you?

Products that can be created and made in Milica’s Textile studio are: decorative pillows, blankets, covers for armchair sets (wear protection, modernly designed), covers for the living room-bedroom (for the bed), carpet paths (larger-smaller) , tapestries, curtains, draperies, stools, textile paintings – graphics, decorative tablecloths – runners – napkins, decorative decorative bedspreads, art objects and others.

2. Where can your products be viewed live and bought?

All available products can be watched live in Milica’s Textile studio. All you have to do is call and make an appointment. Products can be purchased in online stores or in person at the studio. If the item is still available, it will have an open option in the store on the site to order.

3. How do I order a product that is made to measure for my interior?

There are two ways to order one of our products that is completely tailored to your space. One way is to call us directly and talk about options and schedule a visit to the studio. Another way is to look at our service TEXTILE DECORATION TAILORED TO TO YOUR INTERIOR, find out about the steps and options and register with your information that you are interested in the service. In that case, we invite you and continue to arrange a visit.

4. Can I order only one product or some interior detail?

Only one product can be ordered and made. You can also create details of some of the items you need for your project. If you have a special request and it is not described as a service on the site, feel free to contact us to see how we can help you.

5. What are the payment options in the online store and when ordering products?

For now, only cash on delivery is possible in our online store. When the product arrives at your home address, pay it to the courier service. If the customer wants, he can pay and send a referral in the post office before the delivery of the product. We are working to improve the method and expand payment options.

For ordered products that are made specifically for you, payment is in advance. An advance of 70% of the total amount is left when ordering the product, and the rest is paid in full two days before the agreed delivery date or when handing over the product if the seller agrees.

5. What guarantee do you give for the purchased products?

In our studio, each material is tested before use: washed, exposed to higher temperatures – iron, checks the color fastness, which guarantees the quality of the final product. This is a very important process for quality, because it means that every product will last a long time. All product features as well as maintenance are indicated on the declaration. Since everything is handmade in our country, each piece completely passes the control and the product is always flawless.

It is necessary to maintain the product as indicated, because otherwise the item will not be able to be advertised. In case you have any physical damage that can happen in daytime use, you can call us to see how we can improve the situation.

6. Can the product be advertised and how?

Each product can be viewed live in our studio before purchase, so there is no possibility of returning-reclaiming the product if you do not like it aesthetically. Products that are ordered to be purpose-built also go through stages and are made when the client approves the solution, so such a product is not subject to complaints about aesthetics.

In case the product arrives by courier? All packages are well packed, protected and shipped in good condition. If the product arrives in this way and you happen to receive an extremely damaged package where the product itself is damaged, you need to photograph it from all sides as soon as you receive the package and before opening. You can call us within one working day and send us photos of the damaged package and product so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible. If you do not follow the rules, we will not be able to make and accept a complaint without proof of receipt of the defective package.

7. For whom do you design and make textile products for interiors?

Anyone who wants to own the products we design can contact us. We work with architects, designers, decorators, stylists, fashion designers and others from similar professions, who have needs for such products or making details for personal projects. Cooperation with companies and brands is something we are also happy to do, so we design and build for the needs of their customers.

8. Can I cancel the ordered product?

It is possible to give up the product both in the case of online shopping and ordering a purpose-made product. You can read all the details and options in our TERMS OF USE
